Lenderhive, a new digital mortgage broker specializing in energy efficiency, is now open.
Lenderhive’s goal is to appoint a representative from the Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) network, with the goal of providing homeowners with a smarter way to find the best mortgages, especially those that offer discounts to improve energy by using data.
Digital brokers join the Open Data Association and sticking with their processes will make green mortgages simpler and more transparent.
The entire app journey is processed online without printing or scanning documents, but human interaction is available when needed.
Borrowers can stay up to date through the progress of the case through the online dashboard, and emails will also be notified by email when key milestones are reached.
