Over the next few decades, Chubb&Son expanded its coverage to include fires, liability and other P&G insurance companies. Chubb&Son has grown into a leading P&C insurer known for its financial strength and innovative risk management with strong relationships with brokers and clients. In 1967, Chubb&Son was renamed Chubb Corporation. Then in 2016, Chubb was acquired by Ace Limited, but retained the name and continued as a legacy of global p&C companies.
