TPO confirms Holden as property inspector and serves as Clachers as CEO – Mortgage Strategy

The property ombudsman has appointed Lesley Horton as property ombudsman and Andy Clachers has been appointed CEO after serving as expiration.

Horton and Cracht took on new roles in February this year.

Horton spent most of his career in the legal supervision role of the Lawyer Regulatory Bureau and held a global compliance role at FTSE 100.

Clachers has held leadership positions in AXA and Standard Life in Asia for the past 17 years. He also served as regional managing director of Belvoir Group in Scotland.

“The board has been impressed with the significant improvements within the organization in recent months,” said Claire Bassett, chairman of the property inspector.

“As meetings and meetings with key stakeholders and members increase, the positive impact is encouraging as TPO continues to improve its customer journey.”

In April, the property inspector appointed Claire Bassett as the new chairman.
