Norton Home Loans has promoted Laura Percival to the residential and second payment mortgage claim for loan managers.
She has more than a decade of experience in Norton Group, has worked in debt management, sales and loans, and has previously served as underwriter, team leader, loan manager and service team manager.
Percival will now oversee Norton’s lending strategy and day-to-day underwriting business and work closely with brokers.
Earlier this month, Norton Home Loan hired a new phone BDM manager and worked with Haigo’s digital broker in June.
