H Gen and Nottingham BS expands years of forward funding partnerships – Mortgage Strategy

Generation H and Nottingham Architectural Association have expanded their years of forward funding partnership.
The partnership was first established in 2022, helping Generation H expand its funding capabilities and market operations.
This led to the creation of about 5,000 new homeowners and funding about £1 billion in progress.
Many of these clients also use H-gen mortgage products to find their place on the housing ladder.
“The partnership between architectural societies (known for their credibility and legacy) with startup startups such as H Generation H Generation (such as Hen). But when we mark an extension of this relationship, it’s clear how successful and mutually beneficial it is.”
Sue Hayes, CEO of Nottingham Architectural Association, added: “Our partnership with Generation H has always been one of the deep consistency, not just our shared ambitions to make home ownership more accessible, but how we work together to achieve that.”
“Since 2022, this collaboration has helped thousands of people take the next step or next step, combining H Gen’s customer-led innovation with the trust and stability of our 175-year legacy.”
Last week, H Gen announced that it had secured a new forward funding agreement with JN Bank UK.
