I’ve always loved testing new products and learning how to get free stuff. Whether it’s new moisturizers, snacks, baby items, or even laundry detergent, getting free samples is one of the easiest (fun) ways to try new things without wasting money.
Over the years, I have found some legal places to send free samples in emails and I’m so happy to share them with you today. I personally used some of my own companies, so I know it’s true! Actually, I recently got a pinchme box in the email full of nice products – more below.

Before we get started, here are some tips and an education.
- For companies that ask for your phone number, there are some comments, some people receive calls from the company after submitting and after a third-party offer. So if you don’t want to make a lot of calls, be careful.
- I do recommend that you create a separate email address for signing up for free sample boxes and product testing sites only. Why? Because upon receiving the sample, the company sending free samples will send promotional emails, third-party offers, investigations and follow-up questions. This is part of how they work. So if you use the main email, it can be overwhelmed by the email very quickly. Having a dedicated email can help you stay organized and be easier to spot when selecting a new sample box. Plus, it keeps your personal inbox clean and mess-free!
- Never provide free sample websites with your credit card information. Sometimes you may encounter the scam they ask for.

Pinchme is one of the most popular free sample sites and I can confirm that it is real because I made a box from them myself!
My pinchme box includes:

Daily Goodie Box is a popular website for free samples. Everything is free, even shipping. You don’t need to enter any payment information, nor do you need to buy anything.
They sent things like snacks, drinks, personal care products and vitamins. All you have to do is register and occasionally check if you are selected as a box.
Now, I did do some digging and the main way you can get free sample boxes is to be active on their Facebook page and interact with their posts – it can increase your chances of getting selected. I read a lot of reviews about the Daily Candy Box, and many people say they did and were selected as a free sample.

Note: When you sign up, they do ask a lot of questions, including third-party offers including places where they try to get you to register for other companies so they can earn a commission on signing up. Personally, I say no or skip. The same goes for the next two companies on this list (Healthy Snack Box and Tryproducts), as they are both owned by the same company. I just wanted to mention it because there are a lot of questions and offers to skip!

If you are looking for a free sample box filled with healthy snacks, this is the one for you. These boxes sometimes include new gluten-free, sugar-free or dairy-free snacks for you to try.
Shipping is free and you don’t need to enter a credit card. You just need to provide honest feedback on the snacks you try.

The main way you can earn free sample boxes is by posting comments on their social media posts and being selected as the winner of the free box.

5. SephoraBeauty Insider Program
If you like beauty products, you need to sign up for Sephora’s free beauty insider program.
Every time you order online, you can choose two free samples at checkout. These can be anything from perfume to skin care to makeup.
You also get free birthday gifts every year, and don’t be shy about asking for samples if you visit the Sephora store – staff are usually happy to bring you a small amount of foundation jars, moisturizers or perfume to take home.
6. Baby Registration Form (Target, Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
If you are expecting babies or knowing someone, many baby registries offer a free welcome box just to register.
These free boxes are usually filled with free baby samples such as free diaper samples, newborn detergent, baby bottles, toys, pacifiers, baby jumpsuits, and more.
When I was pregnant I got the Amazon Baby Box (you can also buy the Amazon Box if you don’t want to wait to make money), the Walmart Baby Box and the Babylist Baby Box, which are all great and free! I just created a registry through the website (which is what I’m already doing) and once someone bought something from my baby registry I received a free baby box.

Influencer is a platform where you can get full-size products for free in exchange for writing reviews.
These products, in what they call “voxboxes”, usually include beauty, skin care, food and household items.
