Mortimer Street Capital has strengthened its management team by appointing Justin Trowse as managing director of debt consulting.
Trowse has over 15 years of experience in the real estate and finance and holds senior positions in the expert loan market, most notably as director of Bridge Finance and later structural finance director of Lendinvest, who is responsible for expanding their bridge propositions.
Recently, he oversaw Allica Bank’s integration of Tuscan Capital and the launch of Allica Bridge Finance products, a strategic expansion of the bank’s entry into the short-term lending space.
Mortimer Street Capital focuses on structured and complex transactions in the business, development and bridging financing sectors. The company was formed as a visionary financial expert.
