Crystal summer goals

It’s formal summer – well, at least the school won’t take classes anymore! I know the actual first date of summer until later in June. But as the school goes out, our days have different rhythms and schedules. So, I decided to set goals for the whole summer, rather than a month at a time.
Many of you know (if you follow me on Instagram), I started my strength training class at the gym two months ago, that was awesome! Not only did I love it, but I also inspire my health priorities.
So, besides the goals of our family, business and personal goals, I’m making this summer stronger. I set some specific goals for this and it’s great to see the progress I’ve made over the next two months!

Crystal’s summer goal (to be completed on August 15, 2025)
- Potty train mika. (He did so well with it that the goal seemed much easier than I thought.)
- There are 60 meals around the table.
- Complete 20 books (physical copy or audiobook).
- Completed my father’s World Kindergarten (as Kierstyn loves learning now, we have done it in the summer.
- End an ABC date with Jesse (we are in T now, trying to do at least one date a week.)
- Watch 4 full show seasons together (watch with Jesse and/or a big kid.)
- Try 8 new ideas for me. (I’ll share the results here! Find my first one as soon as possible – I made the lavender London Fog.)
- Complete one-hour savings plan products and brand new products to help women start their business within 30 days. (More details are coming soon!)
- Set up your first coaching product/opportunity – Stay tuned for more details on this information!
- 300 hours outside.

Get stronger summer goals (to be completed by August 15, 2025)
- 120 grams of protein per day for at least 50 days a day.
- Strength training at least 25 times (study in the gym or home workout circuit – 45-60 minutes each).
- 10k+ steps per day at least 50 days.
- Sleep for at least 45 nights per night for 7 hours.
- Drink at least 70 ounces of water for at least 50 days.
- Follow the macro with my fitness friends for at least 50 days.
I’m going to go back to tracking these applications using the STRIDES application, so I have a place where I can easily track them. I used that last summer and fall and really loved it. This is an easy way to see where you are with such a goal!

Do you have any goals in summer? I would love to hear what they are in the comments!
