Trucordia’s recent refinancing efforts have further consolidated its position in the insurance brokerage sector after several strategic acquisitions in 2025. In January, the company acquired the insurance business of CADA Insurance Services, expanding its operations in new offices in Baton Rouge, Chalmette, Gretna and Kenner in Louisiana. CEO Felix Morgan expressed enthusiasm for the acquisition, saying: “The Kada Insurance team is a welcome member of Trucordia. They share our passion for building long-term relationships and working with clients to identify and best meet their insurance needs.”
