Texas court confirms insurance companies despite the Department of Defense’s right to pro-paid premiums

The case stems from Redwood’s commercial vehicle policy issued to Charter Bus operators. This policy covers the period from 19 June 2019 to 19 June 2020. The Empire Charter failed to pay premiums monthly in February, March and April 2020. In response, Redwood issued a cancellation notice effective June 2, 2020.
