Tariffs could drive higher insurance costs for U.S. households

Matt Brannon, who wrote the report, said tariffs affecting imports from China, Canada, Mexico, Japan and Vietnam will damage construction supply chains and increase repair costs. He noted that shortages of results and rising prices also resulted in higher insurance rates during the Common 19-19 pandemic.
