Civil litigation and third-party claims have reappeared in the first seven issues since 2018, with 63% of respondents deeming it a significant D&O risk. Smaller companies, with less than $50 million in revenues, and medium-sized companies generate $1 billion to $5 billion, and are more likely to make litigation a major issue.
