Allstate announces Andréa Carter as Chief Human Resources Officer

Northbrook, Illinois, March 11, 2025 – The Allstate Corp. (NYSE: ALL) announced today will join the company on May 12, as its own executive vice president and chief human resources officer.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Carter has earned a strong reputation through transformation to align talent strategies with business outcomes and promote a leading organization with high-performance culture. She joined Allstate from Global Payments Inc. to lead its global human capital strategy, talent development and employee engagement as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Carter also served in human resources leadership roles for UN-Habitat, Ralph Lauren, Newell Rubbermaid and Home Depot. She is a board member of Churchill Downs Inc. and received her bachelor’s degree from Tennessee State University.
