Houzecheck hires Sexton as Commercial Director of Mortgage Strategy

Houzecheck appointed Richard Sexton as commercial director.
Sexton joined a business that became LSL Property Services in 1991, a business that became LSL Property Services. He is part of the management acquisition team, which took the business to private in 2004.
At LSL, he held several management positions in the Valuation Department of Property Services, Asset Management and later in office.
Until his recent resignation, Sexton was the longest-serving board member of LSL’s measurement and real estate evaluation brand E.Surv.
Sexton will report to Houzecheck’s CEO and Founder Amit Bansal in his new position.
HouzeCheck is a property measurement portal that utilizes cloud, digital and AI technologies designed to improve the surveyor and customer experience.
Sexton said of the mortgage strategy that leaving E.SURV was a “very big decision”, which was 34 years later, but highlighted that “it’s time to take a new challenge.”
He commented: “I started talking to Houzecheck and while I think the characters are risky, I also think that if I don’t do it now, I might never make a decision – it’s scary, but it’s also exciting. .transparent
