Allstate announces disaster losses and policies effective in January 2025

Northbrook, Illinois, February 20, 2025 – Allstate Corporation (NYSE: ALL) today announced an estimated disaster loss of $1.08 billion or $849 million in January, after tax.

The damage from the disaster included three approximately $1.07 billion incidents related to California wildfires. Estimates of California wildfire incidents include reinsurance premiums, an estimated California Fair Plan assessment and obtain an estimated reinsurance recovery of $140 billion.
