LSL Financial Services has hired Martin Taphouse as COO of the unit’s brand.
Taphouse joined the insurance company Zurich, where he worked for twenty years and became the head of business transformation.
The mortgage business said Taphouse is a key part of the development and operation of the Zurich Fortune business platform, and he led the support of brokers and client operations.
LSL financial services include PRIMIS, TMA clubs and linear mortgage and insurance networks. It is part of the wider LSL property group, which covers investigations of real estate agents.
