Belleveue Mortlakes has joined the Bridge&Development Lenders Association as a partner.
Chartered Surveyors Company provides a range of services across the disciplines of property and asset management.
Its core services include the Property Act takeover law, the valuation of loans for commercial and residential properties, and the valuation of professional witnesses for tax purposes and expert witnesses.
The Bridge and Development Lenders Association has 44 employees and 45 lenders and consolidated loan books for more than £9.1 billion.
Belleveue Mortlakes partner Hinesh Varsani said the company “shares the association’s dedication to promoting best practices in the bridge and development sectors”.
