Homemade craftsman biscuits (stop buying store purchase series)

Welcome to the series that I stop buying a store in 2025. I challenge myself and learn the products I usually buy in the store. Today, we are making homemade craftsmanship recipes! These biscuits are so delicious, it is easy to make from scratch! You will never want to buy a store to buy!
I like homemade biscuits!
A few years ago, when I was still a child, I had a good memory of my mother cooking biscuits. I think the recipe comes from our beloved less recipe.
I remember they are delicious! But for some reason, I have been buying biscuits.
Maybe because they often sell it? Maybe because it feels like letting them do a lot of work?
I’m not sure … but when someone suggests that I try to make them as part of the series, I know I must try it. I am very satisfied with their results! In fact, I see that I will make more biscuits in the future!

These craftsmen biscuits will be paired with cheese or some dipping sauce. They can also make a good accompaniment on lunch (not fries) or soup.
The best part is that you can try to sprinkle them with many different things to change them: sea salt, sesame, other seeds, garlic seasonings, rosemary, Baiji cake seasonings and even cinnamon sugar!
