CAUSE’s call quickly received the support of an insurance commissioner alliance. The alliance wrote to the newly established government efficiency department and urged FIO to close FIO. From Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee and West Virginia signed this letter. The group suggested that the department linked with this effort due to its extensive industry knowledge.
