According to the company, Newfront has demonstrated strong growth momentum, driving compound annual revenue growth of 20% between 2018 and 2024, driven by its growing producer base, customer-facing proprietary technology and agent artificial intelligence capabilities. The addition of more than 120 Newfront producers is expected to accelerate the deployment of WTW’s capabilities in the R&B and HWC fields.
