RAW Capital Partners has launched a range of mortgage products for UK borrowers.
The launch of RAW UK Mortgage Company allows the company to extend its offering to UK corporates and professional landlords.
UK borrowers can now access BTL term loans with terms of up to 10 years, with one, two and three-year fixed rate options.
For short-term needs, lenders will provide bridging loans of up to 18 months for commercial purposes including refurbishment, refurbishment and development exit.
The Guernsey-based specialist lender has so far only offered mortgages to UK residents on an exceptional basis.
With the new product, UK borrowers will also gain access to established features of RAW Capital Partners’ existing proposition.
