The company’s core insurance business, UnitedHealthcare, had revenue of $87.1 billion, up 16% year over year, driven by growth in its Medicare and Retirement and Community and State segments. However, operating profit fell 57% to $1.8 billion, reflecting margin pressure from rising utilization and regulatory changes.
