Vida has launched a new range of holiday buy-to-let products.
Products designed for holiday let purchases and remortgages are now available to agents in England, Scotland and Wales.
The Holiday BTL product is available to individual and portfolio owners and is designed to meet the growing demand for short-term let investment in popular UK holiday destinations.
In addition to the launch, Vida has also introduced several enhancements to its BTL product.
It has also launched a new range of consumer BTL products to support accidental and non-professional landlords who have inherited or been gifted a property.
In addition, it has introduced a ‘rent to move’ proposal, meaning lenders will now consider renting out applicants who have bought, rented or moved their property, whether moving abroad, moving in with relatives or haven’t yet decided what they are doing.
