Hampshire Trust Hire Khan as London Bridge BDM – Mortgage Strategy

Hampshire Trust Bank has hired Razvana Khan as business development manager for his bridging team, who will work in London.
Khan brought more than a decade of experience in real estate and brokerage firms, and was recently a professional financial broker at Bridgemore Capital, lenders said.
It added: “Her background gives her direct insight into the pressures of brokers when placing complex cases and the support they seek from lenders.”
At Hampshire Trust Bank, Khan reported to Andrea Glasgow, director of sales at professional mortgage and bridge finance.
“Bridgeing is now part of the planning of client strategy, from bridges to semesters to renovations and portfolio repositioning, which will focus firmly on lenders to provide certainty in funding, pragmatic structures, and direct access to decision makers,” Glasgow said.
Khan added: “From a brokerage background, I know how much difference a suitable bridge partner can make.
“It’s usually a deal that unlocks everything else, whether it’s a refurbishment, refinancing or portfolio restructuring.
“The most important thing for the broker is to know that the exit has been thought about and that communication is clear from beginning to end. When these things are missing, too many cases can be shaky.”
