Allstate announces updates to leadership teams

Northbrook, Illinois, October 1, 2025 – Allstate Corporation today announced changes to its senior leadership team starting October 1, 2025.

  • Mario Rizzo Will become the chief operating officer responsible for property liability and protection services business. Rizzo previously served as President of Property Responsibility.
  • Jess Mertenthe current chief financial officer will become the President of Property Responsible. He will report to Rizzo.
  • John Dugenske He will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer in conducting external searches and his current role as president, investment and corporate strategy.
