Cornerstone Finance Group has hired Jonathan Brothers and Andrew Needham as Director of Business Development and Business Development Managers in its networking business, respectively.
The move comes after a Yorkshire pair set up a pilot mortgage and consulting team called Needham Financial in the network in January.
Cardiff-based Cornerstone said the program “has been so successful that Jonathan and Andrew will now officially join the team” to support the group’s growth plan.
Jonathan (pictured, left, Andrew, right) has a 30-year record of financial services, and he said that Needham Financial provides brokers with “the security of the network, the freedom and energy to build their own business.”
He added: “By fully stepping into the cornerstone, neither our identity nor the way we work with our consultants has changed.
“You’ll still deal with the same people, the same culture, the same outspoken approach. What is the stage we’re at – greater coverage, more resources, more opportunities for growth.”
The group has a range of units covering a network of brokerage with over 260 consultants as well as a business, bridging and developing financial weapons.
