L&G’s Ignite platform has added Cumberland Building Society as a lender partner, giving brokers access to the society’s residential and holiday home mortgage products.
This addition means brokers can now compare The Cumberland’s products directly within the Ignite platform.
The integration also allows brokers to review association lending standards and generate ESIS documents.
Cumberland Building Society specializes in holiday let mortgages, limited company buy-to-let and residential loans, with products up to 95% loan to value.
The association’s holidays make mortgages available to brokers across the UK.
Its residential mortgages are available to brokers based in parts of Cumbria, South West Scotland, North Lancashire and Northumberland, but they can submit applications for clients and properties located anywhere in the UK.
