C&M Wealth has integrated its bridging standards with the knowledge base.
C&M Wealth specializes in bridging finance and provides tailor-made lending solutions for residential, semi-commercial and commercial properties.
Its product range includes purchase, refinance, finance, auction finance and light/severe refurbishment and development finance.
It has flexible terms of up to 24 months, loan totals up to £2 million, and interest rates starting from 0.90%.
C&M Wealth supports a variety of clients including individuals, limited companies and limited liability partnerships.

Last month, Knowledge Bank revealed that there were 5,211 standards changes in October, down from 8,326 in September.
