Recognize Bank increases loan size by 30%, opens new office – Mortgage Strategy

Bridging and business lender Recognize Bank’s total lending grew by more than 30% in the financial year to more than £400m.

The latest data shows that the bank’s deposits have also exceeded 500 million pounds for the first time.

The bank also announced the opening of a new Milton Keynes office.

Recognize said the new office in Milton Keynes, close to its London headquarters, is designed to help enhance collaboration, leadership oversight and operational efficiencies across the bank.

Simon Bateman, chief executive of the bank, said: “Our growth and performance make now the perfect time to ensure our structure supports our next steps.”
