Three-quarters of Canadian job seekers more likely to apply for jobs within salary range: survey

Ontario legislation sets out specific parameters for salary ranges. The salary range an employer must disclose cannot exceed $50,000, unless the maximum annual salary exceeds $200,000, in which case there is no limit. Additionally, employers must notify candidates interviewed within 45 days of the date of their last interview whether a hiring decision has been made.
