Healthy people make more money in life

I write a lot about the habits of the rich about eating less and eating healthier because I found in my research on the habits of the rich that this is what most self-made rich people do.
According to my research, self-made wealthy people exercise almost every day, control the portions they eat, and when they do eat, they mostly eat healthy.
Regarding eating less, my research shows that the optimal amount for men is no more than 1,900 calories to 2,200 calories per day. For women, this is about 1,600 to 1,900 calories per day.
Many of the self-made millionaires in my research said eating less helped improve their health, energy and longevity, allowing them to work into their 60s and build more wealth.
Since I completed my research, I have been on a research quest to find independent research to corroborate the claims of self-made millionaires in my Rich Habits Study.
Here are some third-party studies I found.
CALERIE is a 2-year study examining the health effects of reducing the amount of food you eat each day. In this study, 218 people were divided into two groups.
The first group could eat whatever they wanted. Group 2’s calorie intake decreased by 12%.
Group 2 lost 10% of their overall body weight. Group 2 was able to maintain weight loss for 2 years (the length of the study).
Group 2 had a 4% reduction in blood pressure, a 6% reduction in cholesterol, and a 47% reduction in C-reactive protein (a protein that causes heart disease).
The study concluded that eating less can reduce chronic disease, increase energy and extend life expectancy.
In another study conducted by Valter Longo, director of the USC Longevity Institute, he found that reducing daily calorie intake by 34% to 54% lowered blood sugar and IGF-1 (a growth hormone).
Lower blood sugar levels are associated with a lower risk of type 2 diabetes.
Reduced IGF-1 levels extend the lifespan of cells in the body.
In this study, they also found that eating too much protein can dramatically increase cancer rates by 400%.
This study concluded that eating less and Eating right can reduce chronic disease and increase life expectancy.
The main takeaway here is Eat less and eat right. If you eat right and lower your calorie intake, you’ll live a longer, healthier life. Living a longer, healthier life increases your chances of achieving your dreams and goals.
As one self-made millionaire in my study said, “It’s hard to make money sitting in a hospital bed.”
If you live with a chronic illness, it can be difficult or impossible to achieve your dreams and goals.
Stay healthy and your wealth depends on it.
