GEICO accuses Florida clinic of orchestrating $1.3M PIP fraud scheme

The document details how clinics and individuals have provided a range of services to Florida accident victims since at least 2019, including initial and follow-up exams, physical therapy, chiropractic care and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (PENS) treatments. According to GEICO, these services are provided under pre-set agreements designed to maximize billing efficiency rather than address actual harm. Insurers claim that in many cases these treatments are medically unnecessary or are not performed at all.
