United Trust Bank has promoted Caroline Mirakian to director of mortgage, BTL and bridging proposition and marketing, with a remit to “champion the broker’s voice”.
Milakian joined the bank about three years ago and previously served as the specialist lender’s sales and marketing director.
The bank said: “Caroline’s key aim is to support the broker voice within the new mortgage, BTL and bridging sectors, ensuring their feedback drives innovation, service delivery plans and contributes to marketing strategy.
“Caroline will be attending market events, participating on various industry panels and holding regular strategic review meetings with dealers and other key players in the specialist lending industry.”
