In his new role, Ross will lead the association in advancing its mission to promote the independent agent model, enhance market access and support agents as they navigate the industry’s continued evolution. He will also work closely with Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer Phil Lackman to build on existing initiatives and address key challenges such as technology integration, workforce development and the changing expectations of insured customers.
