Access FS launches specialist financial packaging division – Mortgage Strategies

Access Financial Services has established a specialist financial packaging division to respond to growing demand for complex cases.
The new unit will offer regulated and unregulated bridging loans, second mortgages, semi-commercial and commercial mortgages and development finance.
Access said the move would give its 280 advisory members greater control over client processes, improve communications and reduce external fees.
The network will work with lenders including Interbay, MT Finance, Pepper Money, Interbridge, West One Loans and Shawbrook to provide a full market approach.
Nick Jones, director of mortgage sales and marketing at Access Financial Services, said: “We already have some great brokers writing bridging and business loans.
“But so far we haven’t really done a true professional packaging.
“The second allegation is also a gap in our product.
“no longer.
“This represents the next step in the development of Access FS – we are planting a flag in the professional financial sector.
“The new packaging division provides our mortgage and protection advisers with greater client choice.
“This will significantly enhance Access FS’s ability to meet the growing demand for specialist financial solutions, enabling the firm to better support our network of advisors.”
Access will launch a series of educational webinars to ensure advisers consider advice across the market.
The company said its mortgage revenue grew 32% between January and the end of September this year.
