Norton Group has appointed Emma-Jayne Savory as its new head of risk and compliance.
She joins Norton Group with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector, having held senior roles in the TMG Mortgage Network and the Mortgage Advice Bureau.
Her career has focused on supervisory, field operations and compliance oversight.
In her new role, Savory will lead the group’s risk and compliance functions, including its secured and unsecured lending divisions and mortgage brokerage services.
This latest appointment follows Norton’s decision to hire Amy’s husband as head of operations in June, part of a wider focus on improving internal processes and delivering a more responsive and reliable service.
Commenting on her appointment said: “The financial services industry is evolving rapidly and my priority is to collaborate across the group to embed a culture where risk management and compliance are not just safeguards but enablers of long-term success.”
