Operating from New York and London, ICEN will initially provide guarantees of tax liability, representation and guarantee (R&W) to private equity companies, investment funds and companies. Its senior U.S. team will be led by Chad Wilson, who will oversee tax liability insurance, while Jonathan Sprintz will be responsible for the R&W practice. Tax experts Karishma Joshi, Laura Eguaras and Joshua Larrimore also joined them.
