World Insurance Associates LLC announced that it acquired ACB Insurance Inc. (“ACB”) business in Indianapolis, Indiana on June 1, 2025. No transaction terms were disclosed.
ACB provides insurance for individuals, families and businesses. The agency is led by Corey Kunkleman, who joined ACB as president in 2003.
Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla provided legal counsel, and mid-sized counsel advised World about the deal. Church Hittle + Antrim (CCHA Act) provides legal counsel. No other consultants, diligent companies or legal counsel were disclosed.
