Allstate Foundation convenes the country’s highest young change-makers to the National Youth Service Summit

Northbrook,,,,, Sick. This transformative event, widely regarded as an opportunity for similar development, bringing together young nonprofit founders, leaders and innovators (ages 18-22) for four days to deepen their community impact and expand their leadership.
How Youth Service Summits Expand Social Impact
These young changemakers are selected from more than 500 competitive applicants, from launching nonprofits to addressing food insecurity and health disparities. The summit aims to be a catalyst for their continued growth, providing them with a unique space to connect, learn and collaborate with peers and mentors.

The 2025 Summit Agenda features high impact programming, including:
- Workshops, panels and mentoring meetings Leaded by senior management of Allstate and other prominent business and community impact leaders.
- Social impact design challenges This will help inform future youth empowerment programs that will invest.
- Connecting Activities Aim to build a supportive community and lasting network among peers.

Who is Youth changer?
Among the attendees at this year’s Allstate Foundation National Youth Service Summit were campus service leaders, nonprofit founders and community changers involved reasons involving health care, food insecurity and technology.
- Adam Belouad, Princeton University – Founder of Hunger, Hunger, a nonprofit that supports over 300 school chapters to combat food insecurity, and the creators of Sporkai and Wastewise, AI tools that help families and schools reduce food waste.
- Georgia Tech Varuni Chopra – The Gap Initiative, founder of Bridge, a nonprofit organization that helps older people learn the foundation of technology.
- University of Florida Chase Hartman – Co-founder of Eco Brothers, a nonprofit that promotes literacy, environmentalism and youth leadership, Chase helped raise $150,000 to address literacy and environmental issues in Florida.
- Nandana Menon, University of Pittsburgh – Founder of Autism Unity Initiative, a nonprofit that supports neurodiversity children through accessibility technology, and the developer of Spark, an autism support application that helps therapists, caregivers and children navigate neurodevelopmental care.
Children of 17 years old and 2025, Tejasvi Manoj He also joined the summit and served as a judge on the design challenge. Tejasvi is recognized for its development of Shield Eniors, a website designed to educate online scams aged 60 and 60 and how to report them.
