Logan Hill CEO Ted Goldthorpe called the merger a “important milestone” for the company, pointing to an expanded platform and improving access to U.S. capital markets. The deal strengthens Logan Hill’s ability to obtain recurring fees and distribution-related revenues while creating long-term value for shareholders and partners, he said.
