Focus area: Kitchen countertop
- Delete anything you don’t use every day.
- Classify items into areas: equipment, paper, tableware, miscellaneous items.
- Find a permanent (and over-the-counter) home for each item.
- Wipe everything and enjoy the feeling of a “new start”
Try to keep the counter 90% clear for the next three days and pay attention to how it changes your
mood.

We can get the kitchen countertops cleared in most cases, so today it was an easy project for me! I found that by clearing them twice a day, it really makes the kitchen easier to manage!
