Caffrey will replace current CEO Manning Rountree, who will retire from executive positions and board on December 31, 2025. Rountree will continue to serve as the White Mountains until January 1, 2028, where he will continue to serve as a senior consultant. He will remain on the board of several operations staff in this capacity and advise the senior management team.
