“The greater the freedom you give AI agents, the greater the chances it can abuse or expose sensitive data, destroy business systems or be hijacked by hackers,” Scoblete said. “And, because they mimic human actors, it’s possible that hackers can mimic AI agents, or worse, employees can mistake human hackers for legitimate AI agents within a company’s system.”
