Hinckley & Rugby adds three additional collateral strategies to broker support teams

Hinckley & Rugby for Intermediaries has added three team members to its broker assistance team.
Kim Dyson has been promoted to senior broker assistance and has served in a range of mortgage support roles in society.
Dyson has over six years of experience in the community, and he started working as a mortgage service assistant in 2019 before entering the completion team in 2024.
Her roles cover areas such as customer service and process management.
Dyson joins the team of agent assistants Nicolle Cross and Dawid Jankowski.
Throughout the mortgage application process, the broker assist team works closely with the broker and is able to articulate standards, schedules and key dates.
Lost documents or credit issues are monitored along with the arrangement of open banking links and application fees.
They also collect feedback from brokers to help refine and improve services.
“The broker assistance team played a vital role in ensuring the application goes well, and brokers felt supportive at every stage,” said Laura Sneddon, head of mortgage sales and distribution at Hinckley & Rugby Construction Association.
“Kin, Nigul and David each bring a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to further strengthen our service.”
These appointments follow Hinckley & Rugby for the intermediary to recently announce four internal promotions in its sales and distribution teams.
These include Lizzie Atkins as sales team manager, Sophie Hancock and Lauren Bayliss in new business development roles, and Robin Thira as telephone business development manager.
