United Trust Bank (UTB) has promoted David Masters to its Central Deputy Director-Agent for Real Estate Development.
Masters has worked in the real estate finance industry since 2017, including lenders including Hampshire Trust and Oblix Capital.
He joined United Trust Bank in 2022 as manager of Real Estate Development, working with home builders and introducers operating in Midlands and supporting their activities with a range of customized real estate development finance solutions.
He will work with Property Development Relationship Tea.
