TSB and Cooperative Banks reduce rates – Mortgage Strategy

TSB’s residential mortgage rates have been lowered.

The lender’s three-year fixed home was reduced by 0.10% at a loan value (LTV) price of 0% to 85%.

Additionally, five-year homes were purchased at 90% to 95% LTV, with a 0.10% reduction in fees.

Meanwhile, intermediary Cooperative Bank re-launched its mainstream and purchased in order to allow the scope of mortgage loans to be used for new businesses and retention.

These changes followed last week’s changes in the Bank of England’s base interest rate.
