Matthew Payne (pictured above) was appointed head of transportation practice in the United States. Payne joined Lockton in 1998 and recently led the company’s transportation and energy teams in the company’s area, covering Kansas City, Birmingham, Des Moines, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Minneapolis and Omaha.
