Together strengthened the intermediary team and passed two senior appointments – Mortgage Strategy

Expert lenders, together, appointed James Roche and Richard Pugh as regional account managers, expanding the intermediary team.

Roche joins brokerage relations in the South West, South Coast and South Wales. He has over 20 years of experience in financial services, holding senior positions at Santander, Yorkshire Architectural Association, Cambridge and County Bank and Reliance Bank. His focus is on building new partnerships and supporting existing intermediaries.

Pugh will engage brokerage agents in Northwest, Sheffield, Huddersfield and Halifax. He brings 18 years of experience and has held business development positions at Pepper Money and Mortgage Works nationwide.
