The latest Salvo comes from Marsh USA, which filed a complaint against four of its former Florida senior executives in the U.S. District Court in Manhattan. Michael Parrish, Giselle Lugones, Robert Lynn and Julie Layton conspired with Howden in London to quickly start their U.S. operations, thus allowing more than 100 swamp employees to capture the full defection, the lawsuit alleges.
