The basic lawsuit was filed on June 18, 2025 by Michael Galvan, Marc Lopez-Galvan and Adriana Lopez-Galvan. The lawsuit demands compensation for injuries suffered by the plaintiff, including charges caused by the battery, resulting in the unlawful death of Lisa Lopez-Galvan, who was killed by gunshot wounds and wounded by Marc Lopez-Galvan, who was allegedly shot at the rally. The shooting was allegedly committed by Dominic Miller, Lyndell Mays, Terry Young and three unnamed people, known as John Doe 1, John Doe 2 and John Doe 3.
